I first ran across it while on vacation in Maui last year. It says on the tube that it's for "symptomatic relief of sift tissue trauma, sprains, strains and swelling resulting from sporting activity". It's a Homeopathic medicine containing a large number of tinctures of things like achillia, belladonna, echinacia, arnica, etc . Traumeel S cream has worked well for me.
