I am so glad to have found your website. My doctor thinks I may have Tietze's - as she cant diagnose anything else. I am a very healthy 56 year old woman, with low cholertrol, blood pressure, etc. I am not over weight, have never smoked, and exercise regularily. That is why this is all so weird.
I have been having pain in my chest intermintly for a couple of months. Since Christmas, and 3 trips to emergency because everyone is thinking I am having a heart attack, tne pain is constant. My doctor is suggesting that perhaps I have Tietze's Syndrome and has ordered rest for a couple of weeks. Ibuprofen seems to ease the pain. My other main sympton, though, is extreme wearinesss. I'm not really sleepy, but very tired.
Alos one more thing, is there any evidence that a reaction to the H1N1 vaccine could cause this? The intermitant pain started after I had my H1N1 shot.
Thanks
